This has always been one of my favorite storybooks & I am so excited to share it with you.
But before I do, I just want to thank all of you who have been responding to these videos and sharing them with friends and family far & wide. I decided to create these videos because I wanted to support my students and their families throughout this difficult time; I wanted to offer them some consistency and some comfort at a time that is pretty scary for everyone.
A military family that is very dear to me just moved from Rhode Island to Mississippi last week, and the mom wrote to tell me that her three kids were watching and I cannot begin to express how much that meant to me. Other families have sent video messages with their kids in pajamas saying "thank you" --- it is pretty awesome.
I have the best job in the world, even when the world is upside down.
